You can create different templates for each product group, meaning that you can set distinct styles for options across various types of products. This flexibility ensures that each product's options can be customized to match its specific attributes, whether it's a button, color swatch, image swatch, or dropdown. 4 Types of Option Templates 1. Button This template displays product options as clickable buttons. It’s ideal for options that need to be easily selected, like different product styles, materials, or other attributes. 2. Color Swatch Color Swatch templates are perfect for showcasing color variants of a product. Instead of listing options as text, this template uses visual color samples, allowing customers to see exactly what each color looks like. 3. Image Swatch If you have products with multiple images for each variant (such as different designs or textures), the Image Swatch template allows you to display a visual preview of each variant through images. This makes it easy for customers to view product variations before selecting. 4. Dropdown The Dropdown template displays product options in a list format. What is a product group

A product group is a feature in e-commerce that allows you to combine multiple product listings into a single listing. Product groups help streamline product offerings and improve the shopping experience by linking related products together in a single, unified listing. There are three main types of product groups: Single Option Product Group, Multi-Option Product Group, and Subgroup Product Group. Single Option Product Group The Single Option Product Group is the most basic type of product group. It links multiple products together based on a single option. This option could be a color, size, or another attribute. For example, you might have a shirt available in different colors, and each color variant can be displayed within the same product group.
